In honour of the German Purity Law, we celebrate German Beer Day every year. For the entire beer culture and all beer lovers, 23 April is a historical date of great importance. Because it was the 23 April 1516, when the famous Bavarian Purity Law was enacted as part of the Bavarian State Ordinance. A (hopefully) eternal valid milestone for quality standards.
