Its variety „Hefe Weissbier“ includes the expertise of the 200-year wheat beer monopoly. Kaltenberg Hefe Weissbier – one of our royal Bavarian specialties, made with the unique Kaltenberg yeast strain, different types of malt and bitter hops from Hallertau, according to the family recipes of His Royal Highness Prince Luitpold of Bavaria. It is golden in color and cloudy because of the natural yeast inside. It´s taste is slender and refreshing, smooth and sparkling and fills your mouth with a fruity taste in which you can identify clove, banana and melon, which disappears as quickly as it has come. This beer is very smooth and mild, almost without any bitterness and aftertaste. It refreshes you and entices further consumption.
